Yes, my weekly posts have dwindled to monthly updates. My apologies. I'm no longer eighteen hour a day busy, but twelve hours a day still leaves you not wanting to write updates. Plenty of cool stuff going on:
Interviews - I've been doing interviews with Maurice for Dark Faith: Cemetery Dance, Weird Tales, and Fangoria so far. I'm also putting together a group interview with a few of the book's contributors: Gary Braunbeck, Jay Lake, Cat Valente, and LJ's own Nick Mamatas.
Commissioned Stories - I've been quiet about this one. I've got one in (but not yet approved) and one I'm revising. I'm looking forward to talking more about these soon.
Anthologies and Novels - Dark Faith will be out in April (available for pre-order now). This is an amazing book. I can't recommend it enough. As soon as I'm done with the commissioned stories, I need to do a submission package for Severed Dreams. More news there that's not yet fit to print.
New Projects - It looks like 2010 will be the year of dueling projects. I've got my sights set on a non-fiction *and* a fiction book. The later takes place in Chernobyl, Russia. That's all I'm prepared to say right now.
Even when I'm not posting, I'm lurking. So don't think you're sneaking good news by me!
